Daily Superfoods

Daily Superfoods, such as Cacao Powder, Maca Powder, Goji Berries and Marine Phytoplankton can be added to delicious healthy smoothies, mixed with fruit, whey protein, vegetables, honey, spirulina (another superfood). KIDS love them and they are getting the benefits from all these natural superfoods. 

Do you ever look at the additives on packets/cans of food we are presented with today? Why are we such an unhealthy nation? You might say but we are living longer! I really don't know about that as my grandparents lived into their 70's, my father to his 90's and my mother in her mid 80's.

The average age today is around 75 - 85, so what is the difference.

I get worried about what we are feeding our kids and what their longevity will be.

All our vegetables came straight from the garden, there wasn't any sprays used in those days. All natural healthy straight from the earth to the table. The 'Fish' and the 'Meat' van would call once a week and fridges were a new and very expensive commodity so not everyone had one.

Anyway I am getting away from why I started this section, I have been quite ill for the last couple of years, but when I go to the doctors, all the tests come back as normal !!

When you get to my age, you know your body and you know there is something wrong. So I am completely changing my eating habits, not that I am a big eater, but what I have been eating has been causing a toxic build up in my system and I think that this has a lot to do with ill health at the moment.

Tip - Go and have a colon irrigation treatment, a bit embarrasing, but well worth it. You will be totally amazed at the huge amount of waste, you are accumulating in your colon. I did not realise that although I was going to the toilet regularly each day, my upper colon was not emptying, causing all this toxic build up.  Do yourself a big favour and go and get this done!!! 

Well I am going back to the all natural superfoods and getting away from the junk in the supermarkets so I hope you join me in my journey. This will be a very interesting section and will be updated regularly.
